Healthcare providers within Northwestern BC valued CHARLiE’s 24/7, timely and collegial virtual assessments of patients and benefited from offloading indirect patient care tasks. Areas of improvement included addressing technological barriers, knowledge of local resources, access to documentation, and continuity of care.
