2015 UBC Family Practice Okanagan Orchards
Rural Faculty Development Conference
This invaluable conference will speak to the teacher in all of us. You will not want to miss it!
We will hear from our residents about their “AHA” moments. The afternoon will focus on “The Learner in Difficulty” with workshops on recognizing and supporting these residents. This year, we are very fortunate in having Dr. Brenda Hardy and Mr. Bill Upward facilitating an interactive afternoon.
Workshop topics will include: Learner in Difficulty: Diagnosis & Supporting. Plus, practical office tips!
Registration fee includes a light lunch at the conference, as well as dinner at a winery where we will be celebrating all of our rural teachers.
Thursday, May 21st – 12:00 pm
