    • Students & Residents Perspectives

      On the Community

A lot of social assistance and a lot of narcotics seeking. A much younger practice than I had previously had and therefore more pediatrics. They are short a few physicians in the community so there is opportunity for instituting some basic chronic dz management in these neglected patients.

      On the Experience

Excellent experience. Great teachers. Much independence, but preceptors are readily available. Emerg experience is great- I was able to assess several patients in MVA’s since Hope is close to the highway. Small ER, no obs, no specialty coverage. I would highly recommend this site. Very collegial office and hospital. Main highlight is the docs who are great to work with.

      Challenges

I found the office ran a little slow and I was scheduled a lot of walk-in/same day patients. Office runs on Wolfe-which I found very cumbersome and annoying.
