Format: Exercises are submitted via a form that guides physicians through a five-step reflective inquiry and learning process. An online option (“ePearls”) is available. There is no cost for participating in Pearls.

The Pearls process helps participants find valid, reliable and relevant answers to clinical questions. As well, it prompts participants to develop a plan for putting new information ‘to work’ in a medical practice.
