- Postgraduate Rural Elective Support
Funding for UBC Postgraduate Fellows and UBC Residents enrolled in Specialty, Sub-specialty and Family Practice Residency Programs who spend elective time in Rural Subsidiary Agreement Communities
- Specialty Training Bursary
Funding to rurally-bound medical specialty residents or rural physicians who and are completing focused postgraduate training that will lead to certification with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
- Sponsored Events and Rural Conferences
Sponsors University of British Columbia medical students and residents to attend national and provincial rurally focused medical conferences.
- Rural Resident Enhanced Courses Program
Provides funding to offset the costs of travel, accommodation and course/conference fees for eligible University of British Columbia Family Medicine residents to participate in rurally relevant courses and conferences.
