Q: What’s your position at RCCbc?
A: Executive Administrative Assistant.
Q: What does that mean?
A: I assist our executive directors, including their scheduling, attending meetings and providing day-to-day operational assistance.
Q: Describe RCCbc in three words.
A: Gratifying, appreciative, enthusiastic.
Q: What motivated you to join RCCbc?
A: The Vancouver office mountain/ocean view! In all seriousness, I was eager to learn more about rural healthcare in British Columbia (BC) and excited to join a small but mighty team.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: The connections with so many different people around the province, along with the RCCbc team, the physicians, and the extended partners that we get to work with daily.
Q: What has been one of your proudest moments working at RCCbc?
A: I wouldn’t be able to choose just one thing, but my career progression within RCCbc makes me quite proud.
Q: What do you like to do on your days off?
A: Spend time with my puppy or take out my motorcycle.
Q: Where is your favourite place in BC?
Q: What’s next on your bucket list?
A: A motorcycle road trip down the West Coast.
