Join us on June 16 at 5-6pm PT for this Rural Surgery Rounds session presented by Dr. Joel Buhiire, hosted virtually via Zoom.
Learning objectives:
- Gain insight into the clinical decision-making process for choosing amongst anesthetic techniques for cesarean delivery.
- Review the clinical presentation and management of anesthesia-related complications, including post-dural puncture headache (PDPH).
- Understand the mechanisms and management strategies for spinal and epidural opioid-induced pruritis.
- Apply current evidence to optimally managing breastfeeding and contraception following anesthesia care.
This event is intended for FP ESS/OSS, Rural Surgeons/ OBGYNs Nurses, Allied Health Professionals, Surgical Fellows & Residents, and Medical Interns.
