  • The outdoors around Keremeos can be enjoyed in many ways. Independent and guided hiking adventures can be arranged. Tubing, canoeing or kayaking down the Similkameen is an unforgettable experience. Fly fishers will find plenty of action in the eddies of the Similkameen. Commercial riding stables are ready to serve you.

    Apex Mountain Resort has a vertical of 2,000 feet, 67 trails and four lifts. It is located 40 minutes drive from Keremeos.

    There are two championship golf courses in the area. Twin Lakes Golf Course is a 15 minute drive from Keremeos and Princeton Golf Course is 40 minutes away.

    Keremeos Columns Provincial Park can be reached by hiking or driving part way (truck or 4-wheel drive recommended). The Keremeos Columns are a geological oddity – a jumble of columnar rocks.
