Family Planning and Parenting
Resident Doctors of BC has a number of resources on parenting. Their main page provides links to their annual parenting guide handbook , as well as information on infertility, adoption, and leave. Additionally, their Pulse newsletter published issues focusing on parenting in March 2016 and March 2017.
The Physician Health Program of BC published a consensus statement on Medicine and Motherhood in 2010; the link is provided on their resources page. Additionally, the Physician Health Program provides support for physicians, residents, medical students, and their family members facing physical and mental health issues, and transitioning through life and career changes.
