Funding to rurally-bound medical specialty residents or rural physicians who are completing focused postgraduate training that will lead to certification with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.

Funding to improve rural physician retention and skills by increasing opportunities to receive advanced training and skill enhancement.

Funding for groups of rural BC physicians to access rurally-relevant training in their communities.
- Rural Leadership Development Program
Funding to increase opportunities for rural physicians to pursue leadership training and develop the skills and abilities to help bring system improvements that will benefit British Columbia’s rural populations.
