Q: Where do you live?
A: Black Creek, British Columbia (BC).
Q: What is your position at RCCBC?
A: I’m the medical lead for the Rural Locums.
Q: What does that mean?
A: I collaborate with others to develop new programs that improve the experience of locums in BC, as well as recruit new physicians to the network of locums in BC.
Q: Describe RCCbc in three words.
A: Growing through connection.
Q: What motivated you to join RCCbc?
A: I wanted to remove some barriers to locuming in rural BC, get more residents involved with locums, and get the community of locums to develop into a more cohesive group.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: The flexibility
Q: What has been one of your proudest moments working at RCCbc?
A: Starting the Rural Locum Home group and chairing my first meeting as a part of this.

A: #indecisive
Q: What do you like to do on your days off?
A: Bike, hike and climb.
Q: Where is your favourite place in BC?
A: Vancouver Island.
Q: What one thing can you not live without?
A: Internet connection.
Q: What one thing might we be surprised to learn about you?
A: I have a collection of over 200 vinyl records.

A: Julia Roberts because she’d win an Academy Award in the “role of a lifetime”.
