Providers Thriving Together — Psychological Safety: What’s Enough?

October 2, 2023 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Join us for the Providers Thriving Together series. These free monthly virtual drop-in sessions provide a facilitated space to experience camaraderie and peer support in the service of activating our collective resilience. Each month, presenters—usually rural peers from around the province—will share practices, frameworks or ideas they’ve found useful. Sessions will prioritize time for exploring these themes in both small and large groups.

Topic:

Psychological Safety: What’s Enough?

In this session, we will review key concepts related to psychological safety and its impact within work environments. We will spend time considering the challenges to creating psychological safety in healthcare and knowing what’s enough safety to get started. We’ll also imagine a psychologically safe healthcare system- what might THAT look like?

Speakers:

Presenters: Drs. Cecile Andreas & Rahul Gupta

Facilitator: Drs. Jen Rodger and Blair Stanley

Fill out the registration form. We’ll send you a calendar invite, along with monthly reminders of session dates.
