RCCbc presents the BC Rural Health Awards each spring to recognize the phenomenal contributions of rural physicians and communities toward rural healthcare delivery. Nominations open in January.

Grants
RCCbc offers several grants that enable rural physician researchers and medical trainees to pursue innovative rural health research and knowledge translation projects.

Learning
RCCbc provides rural doctors, residents and undergraduate medical students with funding and other support to pursue continuing medical education opportunities that enhance their medical skills and credentials.

Reap Education Action Plan
The Rural Education Action Plan supports the training needs of physicians in rural practice. It also provides undergraduate medical students and post-graduate residents with rural practice experience and increases rural physician participation into the medical school selection process.
