Join us this winter for the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program, led by Dr. Rahul Gupta. Rahul Gupta is a physician and Certified MBSR Teacher, endorsed by the Center for Mindfulness. He is also a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and employs trauma-sensitive approaches.

 

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) – Winter Cohort 2025

 

Join us this winter for the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program, part of the Mindfulness in Medicine initiative led by Dr. Rahul Gupta. Through practicing mindfulness, you can restore vitality and agency, recognize implicit bias, better handle uncertainty, and improve decision-making skills. The course starts Thursdays, January 23rd to March 13th, 2025 from 6:30-9:00 pm with a full day session on Saturday, March 1st is from 9:00-4:30 pm. The sessions will be held online via Zoom, and the program is free to rural healthcare providers in BC. 

 

Past participants have reported life-changing experiences and improved interactions in their professional and personal lives. To apply for the MBSR program, please fill out the application form.
