Engaging Communities
- 30 Rural Sites and Communities Visited: Our teams ensured continuous feedback and connection with local communities, strengthening our understanding and responsiveness to their needs.
Promoting Learning
- Four Point of Care Ultrasound (POCUS) Electives and 24 Research Presentations: These initiatives enriched the professional growth of rural healthcare providers, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
Enhancing Collaboration
- 100 Providers Adopted a Personal Health Record: This innovation represented 5,000 patients and improved care continuity, fostering better patient outcomes.
Building Leadership
- 152 Participants Completed Compassionate Leadership Training: This programme fostered a supportive and resilient healthcare environment, empowering leaders to navigate challenges with empathy and strength.
