Q: Where do you live? 

A: I live in Port McNeill, BC.

 

Q: What is your position at RCCBC? 

A: Associate Director.

 

Q: What does that mean?   

A: A bit of a lot of things. 

 

Q: Describe RCCbc in three words.   

A: Collaborative, safe, innovative.

 

Q: What motivated you to join RCCbc?   

A: The need to create a bridge between the policy setting role of Joint Standing Committee and the “work – face” of rural practices and communities. The need for a safe arena for the exploration of ideas and relationship development for rural practise. An opportunity to showcase rural excellence and enable the needed rural to urban system advances

 

Q: What do you like most about your job?   

A: Friends and safe idea exploration.

 

Q: What has been one of your proudest moments working at / with RCCbc?  

A: Seeing the RCCbc team expand and answer previously difficult issues.

 

Q: What do you like to do on your days off?

A: Fishing and gardening.

 

Q: What one thing can you not live without?

A: Winnie.
