The Real-Time Virtual Support (RTVS) Quick Reply Dermatology pathway is for rural and remote healthcare providers who need the support of a Dermatologist.

Call RTVS Dermatology
Dermatologists or Dermatological Residents are available weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. to help with questions that you may have about rashes and other skin conditions.
The Dermatologists will ask for patient demographics including first and last name and health number. They will also ask you to help with the evaluation, which means:
- for you, choosing one number to tell us how severe you think the rash is using the Physician Global Assessment for Dermatology
- for the patient, consent for us to contact them to arrange completion of a Dermatology Life Quality Index questionnaire
