1. Establishment of a robust and sustainable network of rural obstetrical care providers
2. Support sustainable, patient-centred, collaborative rural obstetrical practice
3. Develop a mechanism for open, proactive and responsive communication while providing a voice to rural obstetrical care providers to decision-making bodies
