The 2026 Tumbler Ridge Medical Conference celebrated the joy of rurality for the eighth year on July 3-5. This unique event highlights partnership and collaboration with funding and/or support from local government, healthcare, and private industry sectors, while offering students, residents, and physicians opportunities to learn and network in a rural context. Organizers, Dr. Charles Helm and Jayleen Emery share reflections on this year's conference.
